NOA. National Open Art exists for artists - to build their con dence and their careers by exhibiting them in London and other major cities around the UK and Ireland and by giving them much needed recognition via the annual National Open Art Competition. Elite luminaries of the art world are invited to judge thousands of entries and over two rounds approximately 150 artworks are selected for prizes, awards and the Winter Exhibition.
