Şerābi is a forthcoming print zine-anthology dedicated to the complexities of religious, cultural, and national identity in South/west Asian communities & diaspora. We are particularly interested in work on liminal and/or syncretic regions, histories, and identities that transgress the boundary lines of states, religions, and religious states. We envision South/west Asia as beginning with the Anatolian Peninsula in the West, stretching across the Arabian peninsula and southern Central Asia, and ending with South Asia in the East. Artists and writers in diaspora are also encouraged to submit.
