This necessity led Sevil Dolmacı, who has been leading institutional projects as an art consultant since 2013, to establish the Art Investment and Project Consulting LLC in 2015. The consultancy structure is focused on the secondary art market with its main focus being purchasing artworks for investors, project development and appraising of artworks.
