Taidetila Muijala is an artist-run art space and artist residency located at the village of Reila in South-West Finland. We focus on artistic freedom, artists’ wellbeing, ecology, cultural activity in the rural area and combining the local with the international. 
The residency is open to artists and cultural professionals of all disciplines. Each residency is based on the artists’ needs and is guided by their process. We can offer a quiet place for research, time for experiments and room for spacious projects.
