We Roam Freely (WRF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in April 2019, is dedicated to empowering Black Indigenous women and non‐binary artists of color. Our mission is to combat inequality in the arts by redistributing resources, lowering barriers to entry, and uplifting women and non‐binary artists of color. WRF has always fought and will continue to fight against racial injustice now and in the future. WRF is focused on “leveling the playing field” by providing opportunities for artists to be seen and heard through exhibits, podcasts, and networking.
