CALL FOR APPLICATION to exhibit at the french art festival les Décades de la peinture !

On the programme:
• August 9th to August 18th, 2019 > Exhibition of professional and non-professional artists in nearly 700 m² of showrooms, Brioude, Haute-Loire, France (presence of artists on site not required)

• Artists contest rewarding the 3 artists chosen by the public: more than 1000 € of prizes to win

• Varnishing with buffet and concert/ animations/ workshops/ artistic demonstrations/ night-times

The Festival Les Instants Vidéo is an event dedicated to video art and electronic poetry with its multiple forms, monobands, installations, performances, multimedia…

In France, and not only as the events were global, the year 2018 will see here and there thrilling or pathetic celebrations of the lovely month of May 1968.

In our case, the poetic and emancipatory vibe of the hundred thousand flowers of May continue to stimulate delightfully our imagination. And our nostalgia is only for the future.

 

We have the dream of a spring which will make us see May 1968 (events) as a poor rehearsal of the great international upheaval to come:
