Mudhouse Residency accepting applications for the 2024 Residency Session

We will be holding three summer residency sessions in 2024; from June until the beginning of August. Fellowship and General Applications for Visual Artists & Writers are open! Deadline to apply is 3/30/24.

 

ONASSIS AiR OPEN CALL 2024/25

Onassis AiR invites artists, curators, designers, theater makers, activists, writers, choreographers, performers, architects, creative coders, filmmakers, and other practitioners from any discipline, from anywhere in the world to apply for their selected strand that will take place in Athens, Greece, between September 2024 to July 2025.

Onassis AiR is dedicated to fostering artistic process by providing space and time to arts professionals from diverse backgrounds to delve deeper into their practice without the pressure of presenting a final work. It is a meeting point for cross-disciplinary thinking and exchange, bringing forward themes that concern us today, always in dialogue with the city we live in and the world around us.

Open Call | "The Poetic of Art": a visual arts exhibition on the occasion of World Poetry Day in Greece

Art Curator Paris Kapralos, invites artists who reside in Greece and Cyprus to submit their works for the exhibition "The Poetic of Art" on the occasion of World Poetry Day. The physical exhibition will take place in a well-known art venue in the center of Athens in March 2024 and will also be accessible online with the support of ARTgrID. An exhibition catalog-book will be published, available for free to everyone in digital format.

Accepted Artworks: You can submit paintings, prints, photographs, digital prints, collages, mosaics, sculptures, video art, or any other form of visual art.

They deem you like a statue, but I hail you as a Woman

International Open Call for visual artists to participate in the curated exhibition "Everyone deems you a Statue, I hail you as a Woman" on the occasion of International Women's Day. The exhibition, with a physical presence, will take place in a well-known art gallery in the center of Athens in March 2024, and it will also be accessible online with the support of ARTgrID. The exhibition material will be bilingual (Greek & English), including the Commemorative catalog-book.

Maste Arts Curators are Mr. Paris Kapralos and Miss Vera Katranidou.

Eligibility: Accepted artworks can include original artworks of any style. You can submit paintings, prints, photography, digital art, collages, sculptures, and video art.

Open Call for Visual Artists | Behind the Masks of Utopian Joy

Open Call visual artists to submit their participation in an international curated exhibition titled "Behind the Masks of Utopian Joy ”.

The exhibition, with a physical presence, will take place at the Chili Art Gallery (Athens, Greece) in late February 2024 and will also be available for online viewing with the support of ARTgrID.

Official Languages The official languages of the exhibition are Greek and English.

The curation is led by the art curator Paris Kapralos.

In the spirit of embracing the global artistic community and ensuring that every human, AI, or hybrid creator has the opportunity to participate in this celebration of digital culture, the call for entries will remain open until January 20, 2024, at 2024.adaf.gr.
