They deem you like a statue, but I hail you as a Woman

International Open Call for visual artists to participate in the curated exhibition "Everyone deems you a Statue, I hail you as a Woman" on the occasion of International Women's Day. The exhibition, with a physical presence, will take place in a well-known art gallery in the center of Athens in March 2024, and it will also be accessible online with the support of ARTgrID. The exhibition material will be bilingual (Greek & English), including the Commemorative catalog-book.

Maste Arts Curators are Mr. Paris Kapralos and Miss Vera Katranidou.

Eligibility: Accepted artworks can include original artworks of any style. You can submit paintings, prints, photography, digital art, collages, sculptures, and video art.

Open Call for Visual Artists | Behind the Masks of Utopian Joy

Open Call visual artists to submit their participation in an international curated exhibition titled "Behind the Masks of Utopian Joy ”.

The exhibition, with a physical presence, will take place at the Chili Art Gallery (Athens, Greece) in late February 2024 and will also be available for online viewing with the support of ARTgrID.

Official Languages The official languages of the exhibition are Greek and English.

The curation is led by the art curator Paris Kapralos.

ARC – Art Revisited Collective: Transitions & Passages

International Open Call for Participation in the Annual Exhibition titled “Transitions and Passages” by the collective of visual artists ARC – Art Revisited Collective.

The collective’s annual exhibition will take place at the Luminous Eye Art Gallery (Museum of Acropolis area, Athens city center) in February 2024. Alongside the physical exhibition in Athens, the exhibition will also be accessible online with the support of ARTgrID. The curation is led by the art curator Paris Kapralos.

Official Languages of the exhibition are Greek and English, and all materials to be produced will be bilingual, including the Exhibition Catalog and the parallel online exhibition.

Happiness That Knows No Bounds

An open call for the exhibition “Happiness Beyond Boundaries” is extended to all media visual artists by art curator Mr. Paris Kapralos and the Chili Art Gallery in Thissio area, Athens, Greece in February 2024 and will also be accessible online worldwide via ARTgrID platform.

The official languages of the exhibition are Greek and English, and all materials to be produced will be bilingual, including the exhibition catalog and the parallel online exhibition.

Eligibility: The exhibition welcomes original artworks of any style and artistic medium that engage with the theme. Paintings, prints, photography, digital art, collages, mosaics, sculptures are all accepted.

Diagenesis

Art Curator  Ms. Vera Katranidou publishes an open call inviting visual artists to participate in an exhibition titled “Diagenesis

The exhibition will take place at Chili Art Gallery with the organizational support of ARTgrID.

Artworks in painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, collage, and printed digital art are eligible for the exhibition. Visual artists living and working in Greece can participate.

A biblingual commemorative catalog will be produced for the exhibition in both Greek and English.

Color in the water: Autumn Transformations

Open call for submissions to watercolor artists for an exhibition of contemporary watermedia to be held in Athens this  Autumn. The exhibition is the 8th organization of the initiative "COLOR IN WATER" inspired & established by Greek Art Curator Paris Kapralos aiming to promote artists using watermedia. The submission is addressed to artists who live and work in Greece and Cyprus, regardless of nationality or origin. The official languages of the exhibition are Greek and English, and it will take place at the Luminous Eye Gallery (Acropolis Museum area) in Athens. Alongside the physical art exhibition in Athens, there will also be an option for accessing it as an online exhibition through the ARTgrID platform worldwide.
