Full time Concert Usher – 10.5 hrs a week

We are searching for someone to commit to all of our December Concerts! If you’re an enthusiastic, passionate, customer focused person come and join our team of Evening Concert Ushers! You’ll be working the majority of Concerts in December which will be around 30, therefore please only apply if you are able to commit to this. In this role you will be working directly with our customers, providing information not only about the concerts you are working on but also about the work of St Martin’s.  You will need to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service,  have a positive attitude in everything you do and get stuck into physical stuff – setting up for the concert including relocating furniture.

Working at St Martin’s

• Based at: St Martin-in-the-Fields, Trafalgar Square, London.
• Working pattern: A full-time concert usher will be expected to work most of the evening concerts which averages to 17 a month. A shift is generally from 6.30 – 10.00 pm, equalling approx 10.5 hrs a week
• Salary: £10.55 per hour to be paid weekly, plus Workplace Pension after 3 months
• Holiday entitlement: Paid, equivalent to 28 days holiday including bank holidays, working full time (i.e. 35 hours per week)
