The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to ticketing platforms and producing shows.  We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.

This role is a new position in the London Programming team, who are responsible for securing outstanding shows for ATG’s ten West End venues. You’ll assist the London Programmer and Programming Director with a wide variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the department and ensure the best possible service for the producers we work with. This includes communicating with clients, producing contracts and maintaining financial records, viewing and reporting back on productions and providing general administration support.

You’ll have specific responsibility to programme additional events alongside productions, using our ancillary spaces such as our bars and lounges. These events range from one off events during the venue’s dark day each week to film shoots, auditions or conferences.

This is a junior role in the department and as such would suit candidates with relevant entry-level experience in co-ordinating or arranging events who are looking to develop their skills and take on more responsibility.

Please feel free to contact us with questions prior to applying. ATG is an equal opportunity employer.
