Childcare / nanny / babysitter who uses art

Young family looking for a caretaker for our baby, now 8 months old. We are looking for someone creative for the position, who will do art with him and read poetry to him. Obviously he is young now, but we are looking for someone to grow with him. The job also includes typical care for a baby.
