Podcast Agent/Salesperson for The Conversation Art Podcast

If you are interested in contemporary art and have experience with/passion for making sales and connections, this would be a perfect gig for you.  Please note that this is a commission-based position; please consider this before applying.

Location:

The Conversation Podcast Los Angeles area, OR remote
The Conversation Podcast (http://www.theconversationpod.com), which covers the contemporary art world from every angle, is seeing a podcast agent/fundraiser to join the team.
The agent can be located anywhere in North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES

May include one or all of the following:

Reaching out to prospective advertising targets

Researching and procuring funds from grants

Researching alternative philanthropic opportunities

Researching visiting artist lecture/presentation opportunities

Miscellaneous tasks to streamline the platform for grant opportunities.

TIME COMMITMENT

A minimum of 5 hours per week; more if you are earning credit through your university or art institution. Prefer a 3-month minimum commitment.

COMPENSATION

Commission- a standard percentage rate for advertising, grant and donation revenue (specifics to be discussed)
