2023 New England Regional Juried Exhibition

September 3 - 20
The New England Regional Juried Exhibition is a juried show featuring the best of representational painting, drawing, and sculpture by regional artists who work in the realist tradition.

The exhibition will be on view in the historic President's Gallery at the Guild's Newbury Street location, which features a skylight to allow viewing of artworks in natural light.

Selected artists will have the opportunity to exhibit where the great artists of the Boston School showed their work. Please review the prospectus and apply on our website, and if you have any questions, please call the gallery at 617.536.7660 or e-mail us at BostonGuild@gmail.com.

Call for Art-STILL

Art Fluent invites artists worldwide to submit artwork to our online exhibit, STILL.

THEME
Beauty in the ordinary, in the stillness. Art is about capturing those moments that are gone again in a flash, moments that we find when we slow down. A fresh bouquet of flowers, a breathtaking sunset, a sense of joy witnessed. It's about embracing the little things, the simple pleasures that often go unnoticed in the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. So, pause, take a breath, and soak in the stillness. Let yourself be captivated by the ordinary, for it is in those moments that you will find true beauty. Show us STILL from your perspective.

Call for Art_ConTEXT II

Art Fluent invites artists worldwide to submit artwork to our online exhibit, ConTEXT II.

THEME
Words can connect with people personally and emotionally and, when combined with visual elements, can create a powerful impact. Text can convey a message or express an idea through written words, letters, numbers, or symbols. The use of text in art is a powerful tool that can add depth, meaning, and emotion to a piece. Whether it's used to express a message, provide additional context, or as a visual element, text can allow a more dynamic and engaging viewing experience. Show us ConTEXT from your perspective.

Call for Art-SHE

Art Fluent invites artists worldwide to submit artwork to our online exhibit, SHE.

THEME
Throughout the ages, women have held the world on their shoulders. Females are the essence of life, representing softness, unconditional love, strength, courage, resilience, and hope- the world would not be what it is today without them. Femininity conjures up deep emotions and feelings that are just as vast and varied as there are people. And, in all the roles a woman symbolizes, she has been a constant source of inspiration to artists since the beginning of time. Show us SHE from your perspective.

Call for Art-WANDERLUST

Art Fluent invites artists worldwide to submit artwork to our online exhibit, WANDERLUST.

THEME
Traveling is a powerful way to open the heart, cleanse the mind and heal the soul. Art helps us to capture the culture and spirit we discover through these journeys and uncover the rich stories of lands far away from our own. It’s all about opening our eyes to the world and seeing each other in different ways. Wanderlust is calling. Let’s explore the unfamiliar. Show us WANDERLUST from your perspective.
