Don’t miss the opportunity to submit your application to the 3rd Annual Belle Isle Art Fair!  Belle Isle is a beautiful island park designed by Frederick Olmsted, the same designer as Central Park in New York, reached by bridge from Detroit. The art fair is in a grass field adjacent to the beautiful Scott Fountain. Palmer Park Art Fair

A Beautiful Fine Art Fair in a Magnificent Setting! Detroit has a resurgence of energy and support for the arts.  We are the only fine art fair held within the city.  The park has a long history of fine art fairs. Held on the major North-South roadway (Woodward Avenue) the event is visible to, and attracts an audience from throughout the region.Palmer Park is surrounded by some of Detroit's wealthiest neighborhoods. Palmer Woods is the home to 5,000 square foot homes and to the east is the Golf Course district, followed by the University District and Sherwood Forest with its elegance and quality residences. THE SNOWDEN EXHIBITION

The Scarab Club invites submissions for its Snowden Exhibition (formerly called the Silver Medal Exhibition), an annual unthemed, all-media exhibition, open to all artists. The exhibition is named for the late artist and educator, Gilda Snowden. The purpose of the Snowden Exhibition is to recognize the diversity and achievement of artists whose work shows creativity of concept, excellence of design and expertise of media; to display these works to regional audiences and to be an educational opportunity for students.
