Nature's Canvas | Open Call

'Nature's Canvas' is an online juried exhibition, which will be presenting 3 awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. The deadline for ‘Nature’s Canvas’ is April 15th and the entry fee is $6 for 3 images. You can find more details and how to apply on our website https://www.azaleaartscommunity.com 

Open to artists 18+ working in all mediums, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, mixed media and video. Applicants are not restricted on number of entries.

JOY Sculptural Exhibit

Sculpture Tucson is currently accepting applications to exhibit 15 large-scale sculptures that are about, inspired by, provoke, awaken, or instill JOY.  All works must be original 3-dimensional sculptures and will be juried. Selected sculptures will be on exhibit in the Sculpture Tucson Sculpture Park, 3420 East River Road from November 1, 2022 – May 1, 2023. Sculptures will be available for sale with 30% commission to Sculpture Tucson and must remain on-site during the entirety of the exhibit. 

 

"Bird Houses and Nests” Exhibition at the Tucson Botanical Garden

SculptureTucson (ST) and Tucson Botanical Gardens (TBG) are hosting a joint exhibition of outdoor sculpture related to “Bird Houses and Nests.”

All work will be on display in outdoor garden spaces, so artists are encouraged to create work that is large-scale in size.  While there is no maximum size restriction, works smaller than 5 feet high will not be considered, unless the piece is mounted on a base, and the entire sculpture plus base is equal to 5 feet.  Sculptures must be secured to the base.

To be considered for this exhibition, artists are invited to submit digital images of previously completed works.  Based on those images, artists will be invited to create a new work for the exhibition.

2019 SculptureTucson Festival Show & Sale

SculptureTucson is accepting submissions for the 2019 SculptureTucson Festival Show & Sale—the largest juried outdoor sculpture festival in Arizona held on April 5,6, & 7, 2019. Regional, national & international sculptors working in a variety of media, i.e., glass, wood, bronze, clay, metal and other materials are encouraged to apply.
