THE SECRET SALON  -  "RECONSTRUCT" - To build or form (something) after it has been damaged or destroyed.

Opportunity for UK-based artists to exhibit their work physically in the historic warehouse gallery space C&D Studios, Sugar Island, Bow, East London on 2nd December 2023.

This is our second exhibition and the mission in place is to create a core collective group with the idea of exhibiting in different and unusual spaces which create exciting shows that push our works forward.

Your work must relate to the theme in some way or it will not be considered.

Oriel Myrddin Gallery are delighted to be working with Amgueddfa Cymru’s National Wool Museum as part of Amgueddfa Cymru and Arts Council Wales, Perspective(s) collaboration.

Oriel Myrddin and Amgueddfa Cymru’s National Wool Museum are inviting you to respond to our call-out. We’re looking for an inspirational, Wales based maker to create new work that reflects Wales’s cultural and ethnic diversity and to examine museum collections through a decolonial lens.

Artists are invited to submit work for exhibition alongside members of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters at their Annual Exhibition 2022

The Royal Institute of Oil Painters was founded in 1882 and is the only major British art Society that promotes and exhibits work of the highest standard exclusively in oil paint. The ROI provides a centre of excellence and encouragement to all who love this robust medium.

The ROI Annual Open Exhibition is held annually in November/December when non-members are afforded the opportunity to exhibit alongside established ROI members.

Original Magazine is excited to share with you all our first physical exhibition opportunity for all artists from across all levels whether you are a student, emerging freelance creative or a working professional in the industry. We want to hear and see your work! This exhibition opportunity will be in collaboration with the Photo Book Cafe, London and take place on the 8th November until the 12th November.

The Open Call has no specific theme and encourages artists and creatives from across all disciplines to enter and participate for the chance to exhibit their work in a thriving part of London, at the fantastic space that is the Photo Book Cafe.

Submissions for Issue 2: Storms, Omens & Monsters are about to open! For this issue, we will be looking for rich, atmospheric writing and artwork about storms, omens and monsters at sea which will captivate our readers’ imagination.

ARTWORK, VISUAL ART AND PHOTOGRAPHY

We are looking for photography, illustrations and drawings of high artistic standards which are in keeping with our style and compliment the literary side, so please read our requirements for both.

You can submit up to three pieces of artwork per submission window. Please include all of them in one email.

A big part of Seaborne Magazine is protecting the environment, about how we impact it and how we can support it, so this is a good thing to keep in mind.
