It’s Art Call is an open call/competition where a group of selected artists will have the opportunity to showcase their artworks at After Nyne Gallery and the winning artist will have his solo show from:

20 November to 26 November - Best Artist - Solo Exhibition

31 October to 9 November -  Collective Exhibition - 10 to 12 selected artists.

OPEN CALL For new Video or Audio for ArtSwarm, theme: Class

ArtSwarm is a fortnightly experimental video and audio art programme for YouTube featuring only new, original content created by artists.

We need new content to broadcast each episode and are calling for new video or audio pieces to play of any sort, from experimental works to animation, poetry, drama, music or soundscapes, or anything creative. The main criteria is that work must be new, not shared online or previously published, and available for free public broadcast. You can find terms and full details here:

Episodes have an optional theme. The theme for Episode 12 is Class, and the deadline is 12pm on Sunday August 26th.

Punchdrunk Design Masterclass

Book now for a Punchdrunk Design Masterclass

During this one day design workshop participants will explore the village of Fallow Cross through a series of practical exercises to gain an insight into Punchdrunk’s design practice in response to site and stories. Participants will discover how Punchdrunk’s design teams create epic, multisensory and detailed worlds and will be given the opportunity to transform spaces of their own. At each workshop, you'll get the chance to spend time with Punchdrunk creatives in our unique R&D space, the village of Fallow Cross. Set across an 11,000 square ft warehouse in Tottenham Hale, it's a unique environment and well worth a visit.

Contemporary Textiles Fair 2019

CONTEMPORARY TEXTILES FAIR 2019 is open for applications. The Contemporary Textiles Fair is a well-established, high quality and highly regarded event, held in the magnificent Grade II* gothic surroundings of the Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington, South-West London. The fair is almost unique in its focus on textile artists & designer makers, unencumbered by suppliers, DIY kits, and other craft disciplines. It is this clear focus, together with the unique setting and returning visitors that make this event both enjoyable and successful, year after year.

Call for Entries - A5 Portfolio #19 (October)

A5 magazine wants to try and shine a light on some of the amazing artists working today. We are now taking entries for the October edition of the zine.

Brief: send us a large digital image of your work. Also send us any information you think is relevant. Any text needs to be kept brief as we get hundreds of submissions.
