Acts of Searching Closely

Acts of Searching Closely will be a functioning ‘centre for research’ installed within Artists Studio Company (ASC) Gallery 2–11 November 2016. The space will function as a base for participants and visitors to respond to the questions; How do you fill a space? How will we remember now? As curators we are interested in exploring how these questions can highlight issues and tensions relating to space and memory.

We are looking for individuals and groups who are interested in responding to these research questions. Contributions could take the form of, but are not limited to; objects, installation, event, workshop, activity, performance, meal, walk, talk, discussion, debate, reading, film screening, Skype conversation or other.
