Change Creation works with visionary organisations to create and embed transformational change. Designed and delivered by people make it work, one of the UK’s most experienced organisational development agencies working in the Cultural sector, Change Creation involves and engages organisations to shape, test, challenge and realise lasting change through networks, peer learning, research, tools, resources, a hot-house of support, industry experts, workshops, learning events… and much more! By working and learning together and creating a vibrant community of leaders, organisations are supported to realise and share real change that benefits their people, audiences, participants and the wider cultural sector.

Demand for our next Change Creation Programme has been staggering and so we have decided to build TWO new programmes – one running from November 2019 – December 2021 and another in June 2020 until July 2022 and we've have released new places for leaders of arts, heritage and cultural organisations to join this two year programme.

Join Camden Arts Centre, National Trust, New Contemporaries, Bristol City Culture Team, Henry Moore Institute, This New Ground, Sheffield Theatres, In Between Time, Little Angel Theatre, Museums Sheffield, Theatre Royal Plymouth, Halton Libraries, Severn Arts, Wildwood Arts, East London Dance, Theatre Royal York, and Colston Hall and many more in a hot house of organisational change and leadership development, within a peer learning environment.

Attend between 12 and 30 days of professional development, free workshops, online tools and resources, the unstoppable support of people make it work, an organisational development agency with 19 years of experience of working with Arts and Cultural Organisations. Make change happen faster, easier and deeper in your organisation.
