Aesthetica Art Prize 2019

Celebrating excellence in art from across the world, the internationally renowned Aesthetica Art Prize offers both emerging and established artists the opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience and further their engagement with the art world. Two awards are available for entry: the Main Art Prize, open to all practitioners, and the Emerging Art Prize, open to current students and artists who have graduated within the last two years. 

Submissions categories include: Photographic & Digital Art; Three Dimensional Design & Sculpture; Painting, Drawing & Mixed Media and Video, Installation & Performance.

Brendan Hesmondhalgh, Emily Stubbs & Victoria Robinson are currently curating the art& show 2017 alongside guests David Roberts & Rebecca Appleby.

The art& show has grown out of The Art Market YORK. 

Freshly branded for 2017 the art& show is 3 day event celebrating art, design & contemporary craft at York Racecourse Events Centre.

Friday 27th, Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th October 2017

We are looking for exceptionally talented and unique artists to take part in Yorkshire's most diverse art show.
