MUSE - Open call

A unique opportunity to take part in a Fine Art exhibition celebrated with a magical night of Masquerade ball and live music!

Glena Art Studio, in collaboration with Candid Arts Trust, is excited to invite visual artists to display their work in a curated exhibition at Candid Arts Gallery. A Masquerade ball will accompany the exhibition on Friday night when all guests will have the chance to enjoy art, live music, and a vibrant networking environment.

The exhibition will take place between the 19-24 of July. The Private View - on the 20th  of July and the Masquerade Ball - on the 22nd of July.

Deadline to apply - the 26th of June.

Every artist can apply with up to 3 artworks.

Call For Artists – Emerging Artist show

Call Description:
The call for artists is open to artists creating in any medium who are Seniors in High School through 30 years of age. Artists will be selected by a jury for participation based on their body of work. The exhibit will feature a body of work from each selected artist. Part of the experience is working with an installation team to install the exhibit. All work must be for sale and artists receive 60% of the sales price on pieces that sell during the exhibit. The Emerging Artist show is an annual juried show open to Northern California.

Picture This is a global competition that encourages creative video projects championing the protection and preservation of the environment. Set up to reward creatives interpreting environmental and social concerns of our time, Picture This calls all video-makers to raise awareness and inspire action for the planet. 

 

If you are an independent video-maker, animator, part of a collective or video production company – large or small – we want to see your projects!

Women United ART PRIZE 2022

Women United ART MOVEMENT, a global platform highlighting women in the arts through diverse opportunities, is excited to announce the launch of Women United ART PRIZE 2022!

 

Building on last year’s highly successful art prize, we are presenting four categories in 2022:

PAINTING/DRAWING

PHOTOGRAPHY/PRINTMAKING

DIGITAL ART

COLLAGE/FIBER ART

 

The prize is open to all women artists including non-binary and trans creatives regardless of their education, age, sexual orientation, race and location. We especially encourage women artists of colour to apply. Artists are advised to select a category that best represents their work.
