When we fall into a vortex of emotions and cannot extricate ourselves, we are like falling into a dark world, where fear and unease make our hearts unable to calm down. Darkness and light are inseparable companions, and when we yearn for light, there must be darkness accompanying us.Only if you possess the alchemist's ability to turn black iron into gold, can you become a messenger of light that transforms darkness. With this pure love, you ignite the light in the darkness, illuminate more people, and even help them see the power of transformation.

Intermix Residency Program is a fully-funded multiple-cycle artist residency program located in
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Program welcomes applications by Saudi and international emerging and mid-career visual
artists, fashion designers, and curators aged 21 or above who are willing to develop a
production or research-based project related to the topics of innovation, transformation, and
sustainability. Eligible candidates have a strong interest in processes of cross-disciplinary
exchange, peer learning, and collective learning.
