Open call for essays and poems by Trans writers

The first issue will be published on the Summer Solstice, 
for this reason the first issue will explore with the themes of light & heat. 
Please interpret this freely as you wish. 

Poetry: maximum 4 poems. 
Essays / prose: maximum 6 pages. 
**We are very interested in trans interpretations of cinema/literature**

Almanac favours unpublished work, but that is not a critical factor in selection. 
Simultaneous submissions are totally fine, just let us know if you are 
publishing the same piece elsewhere.

The deadline for submission is February 2 2022, 
no submissions after this date will be accepted. 
Almanac will respond within 4 weeks with final decisions.

MADC's Collective Thread Open Submission Call

MODArts Dance Collective (MADC) is elated to announce its seventh annual dance festival, Collective Thread, on March 17-19, 2022 7:30 PM; Location: TBA + Livestream & On Demand Option. The open submission call for women/womxn identifying choreographers of color is now - 11:59 PM EST on Monday, January 31, 2022. There is a $10 application fee to submit one piece and $20 to submit two pieces. Please note that the $10/$20 application fee goes towards the performance venue and production costs. BUP Book Award

BLOW UP PRESS announces the third edition of BUP Book Award – a competition for all photographers around the world, regardless their age, gender or nationality – which goal is to promote photobook as a way of expression.

We are looking for unique photo/visual art projects (not book dummies!) which are intended to be published as a book. No matter what technique you work in, no matter what subject you cover – let our jurors see your project and get it published as a book!

So if you believe your project is completed, don’t wait too long and submit it to the third edition of BUP Book Award contest!

Call for Submissions to Marvelous Art Magazine February Issue No : 22

Marvelous Art Magazine is now accepting art and writing submissions for our February (22nd Issue). It will be published on our Website on February15th. And we will promote all participation artists on Instagram and our Website for one month. This Issue asks writers and artists to create works that examine their Artworks.

Artists are welcome to submit works in any medium: painting, drawing, writing, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, photography, textile, installation, mixed media, digital, film (only jpg + link to video) etc. All visual art mediums are welcome.

Owing to unforgettable cultural encounters, great teachers and personal ambition, these talented artists seek to spread artistry on an international scale.

We have an Art Gallery, Art Magazine and Art Book. We are now accepting art submissions for our Collective Art Book Series No:3 of our Book "Marvelous Artists". We have free entry but only participation artists will pay a small participation fee. We are giving 4 pages to each artist. This book will be open for Worldwide Shipping through Amazon.
