$550.00 Innovate Grants for Artists + Photographers

SUMMER 2022 OPEN FOR SUBMISSIONS — Innovate Grant  awards (2) $550.00 grants each quarter, to one Visual Artist and one Photographer. In addition, (4) honorable mentions (2 in art and 2 in photo), will be featured and recognized on our website and join a growing community of vibrant and talented artists. Innovate Grant supports artists and photographers through quarterly grants. We've simplified the grant process, so that artists and photographers can focus on making their innovative work. The work should speak for itself and our application reflects that. 

Scholarship for Performing Arts Conference

There is a great opportunity from ArtUniverse to receive a SCHOLARSHIP of €200 for participation in the IUGTE Conference and (or) Physical Theatre Lab, which will take place on 25-29 July in a beautiful 13th-century castle in Austria.

“Performing Arts Between Tradition and Contemporaneity” is the annual international multidisciplinary conference exploring the bridge between the “traditional” and “contemporary” in performing arts.

The IUGTE Conference and Physical Theatre Lab are a gathering of performing artists, academics, teachers, managers, producers and designers from a wide variety of creative fields, including theatre, dance, music, visual and multimedia art, arts administration, performing arts training, stage design and theatre technology.

3-month Performing Arts distance course scholarship

Due to the current circumstances of constant restrictions on travel for professional knowledge, ArtUniverse provides financial assistance (full and partial scholarships) for distance 3-month programs in the following areas:

  • Director and Play
  • Director and Ensemble Building
  • Choreography and Blocking in Performance

The amount of the scholarship for each applicant is determined individually based on his/her needs, professional achievements, and goals.

Last Call for the 2022 NOT REAL ART Grant for Artists

Founded in 2019,  the NOT REAL ART Grant for Artists is a $12,000 annual award designed to empower the practice of 6 contemporary artists, each of whom receive $2,000. But, NOT REAL ART Grant winners get more than money. Each recipient gets to share their story and promote with exclusive, in-depth featured interviews on the NOT REAL ART podcast and blog. And, whether or not you receive our grant, every applicant automatically qualifies to be included in future blog stories, newsletters and our artist marketing database! 

Impuls neue Musik call for participation 2022

The Impuls neue Musik Fund supports musical projects that promote exchange between the French- and German-speaking cultural and linguistic areas and network the contemporary music scenes in Germany, France and Switzerland. We are looking for composers, musicians, sound artists, performers and organisers who are active in the German-French cultural space. 

$3,500 & $1,000 Grants

The Hopper Prize is now accepting entries for our Spring 2022 artist grants. 

We are offering $3,500 and $1,000 grants to artists around the world.

Grants will be awarded through an open call art competition juried by leading contemporary curators
