  • Sessional Evaluation Worker for Live Forum Theatre Radio Project.   www.492kornaklub.com broadcasts weekly worldwide.   The aim of the project is to interact with individuals within communities to analyse oppression and oppressive systems, share our experiences and our stories  and challenge to develop new ways of dismantling systems of oppression and promote critical thinking and social justice through our liberatory radio project.   The series explores the themes of family, community and social and political injustices. It also offers to illustrate the solutions to unite and heal the problems that exist and blight that community.   We are after a sessional evaluation worker to observe, analyse, asses, interpret and summarise the broadcasts in action, speak with callers off - air and gather data from them which leads to quarterly reports being written up.   You will need to create a range of participatory evaluation tools which can demonstrate the project’s added value and lessons learnt as well show how far the listeners and communities have benefited since being involved with the project.
