The Sea of Emotions

We are now accepting submissions for our upcoming special edition, "The Sea of Emotions"—a curated publication exploring the deep, fluid, and often untamed relationship between human emotion and the sea.

This open call invites visual artists to reflect on the ocean as a metaphor, a memory, a presence. Think of tides and tempests, calm waters and churning depths. From personal reflections to political undercurrents. We welcome work that navigates the emotional landscapes inspired by seas, oceans, rivers, and watery realms.

Open to artists worldwide,  aged 18 and above.

“By the Sea” A Sea Photography Exhibition.

The Open Call, titled By the Sea, invites a dive into the sea as a source of endless fascination and meaning. From the stillness of calm waters and the energy of bustling harbours to stories of human connection, adventure, and environmental change, each perspective reveals a new layer of its significance. This is a call to capture the sea’s presence in all its emotion. Let the sea’s vastness, beauty, and depth inspire images that resonate far beyond the shoreline.

Participation Fee:

Upon selection for an Exhibition, a nominal fee of £15 will be applicable for one showcased artwork. The following structure has been devised to ensure affordability, enabling the display of multiple pieces.
