Las Laguna Art Gallery invites artists creating artworks where wildlife is the central theme to apply.

Media can include Acrylic, Airbrush, Assemblage, Bronze, Charcoal, Color Pencil, Collage, Digital Art, Drawings, Encaustic, Fiber Art, Graphite, Glass Art, Illustration, Jewelry, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Painting, Pastel, Photography (Traditional and Digital), Printmaking, Sculpture, Video and Watercolor.​

  • A JURIED COMETITION -

We are delighted to announce that entries are now OPEN for our first Juried International Wildlife Exhibition to be held from 

April 8th - May 6th 2023

100 Finalists, as chosen by the panel, will be exhibited at our exhibition in Swakopmund and be included in our online exhibition;

Artists are invited to submit an original wildlife art piece in any medium which will be juried by a select panel. 

A certain percentage of your artwork will be donated to our supported wildlife charity. Entry fees are N$ 200,- per artwork, all entry fees will be also donated to the Namibian wildlife. 

Into the Wild 2022 | International Juried Visual Arts Competition

Open to all artists 18 years and older. All styles of artwork allowed. Subject matter may be any animal, mammal, fish, reptiles or bird considered to be "Wildlife". The jurors will be looking for originality, quality of work and technical skill. 

Mediums to be considered but not limited to: Colored Pencil, Scratchboard, Encaustic, Mixed Media, Gouache, Oil, Acrylic, Pastel, Watercolor, Airbrush, Fiber, Sculpture, Collage, Digital Art and Photography.
