Doddington Young Sculptor Exhibition

Call for Artists – Doddington Young Sculptor Exhibition

Doddington Hall & Gardens invites submissions from young UK-based sculptors and 3D artists for an exciting new open exhibition to be held in Doddington’s historic working Kitchen Garden, just a stone’s throw away from the Elizabethan Hall. The Kitchen Garden, with 400 years of history, produces food in a nature-friendly and sustainable way to be used in the kitchens across the estate.

Doddington is looking for submissions that will complement the Kitchen Garden and its surroundings.

Call for Art - Queering Democracy: Art, Identity, and Politics in 2024

Rochester Contemporary Art Center (RoCo) and ImageOut Art seek artist submissions for a juried exhibition opening in Rochester, NY in October 2024. Queer art has achieved greater prominence in recent years, yet the LGBTQIA+ community's struggle for freedom and equality persists. We hope this exhibition will serve as a reflection of our current moment, and as a poignant response to the alarming rise of anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation sweeping the nation.

Cumbria call for three UK artists to take up creative residencies in the county for a year

Poets, visual and digital artists, writers, theatre and film makers and composers from across the UK are being invited to take up creative residencies in the North West.

Catalyst, a project funded by Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership, will see three artists spend a year in Cumbria, the county that inspired Wordsworth, Ruskin, Percy Kelly and Conrad Atkinson and has produced artists for generations.

The chosen few will each receive £25,000 to support them while they create a substantial new piece of work or artistic event contributing to the thriving artistic community that exists across the county.
