BERLIN GROUP EXHIBITION - OPEN CALL

Hi! We are curating a 3 day exhibition at Pandora Art Gallery in Berlin the next 7th, 8th and 9th of November and we would love to see your work.

The exhibition will explore resilience, creation from the void, and the emergence of alternative realities. We’re especially interested in projects that touch on:
- migration
- gender and sexuality
- visibility / invisibility
- anonymity
- transformation and regeneration
… or related ideas.

We welcome artists of all mediums, based in Berlin or able to bring their work here.

OPEN CALL FOR EMERGING ARTISTS | Moments of Grammatical Collapse

We live within a grid of default grammars—how emotions circulate, how bodies function, how images are interpreted, how technology operates, and how narratives unfold. These rules form the grammar of the contemporary world—a matrix of rhythms, orders, and perceptions. Yet, this system sometimes breaks down. Sensors fail, timelines blur, readings collapse. And in these moments of collapse, meaning doesn’t disappear—it multiplies, mutates, and opens toward the unknown.

Emerging Artists Call

Exhibition runs February 26- March 30, 2025

The call for artists is open to artists creating in any medium who are Juniors or Seniors in High School through 30 years of age. Artists will be selected by a jury for participation based on their body of work. The exhibit will feature a body of work, at least four pieces, from each selected artist. Part of the experience is working with an installation team to install the exhibit. All work must be for sale and artists receive 60% of the sales price on pieces that sell during the exhibit. The Emerging Artist show is an annual juried show open to Northern California artists.

open call emerging artists

heey :) i’m andrea and i’m finishing my studies on cultural management in berlin this year ! i want to organize and curate a one day exhibition for my final project and that is why i’m looking for artists that would like to join this event.

the exhibition will focus on central themes like inner solitude, identity, the contrast between the fast and slow rhythms of modern life and the different versions of who we are, moving between our digital and physical lives. this exhibition is about exploring those contrasts.

the event will take place the 28th may in backhaus projects and will have some music and drinks. (i would also need you for the set up and set down (27th and 29th May)
