My subject and mood drive my choice of medium when painting: watercolour, ink, charcoal as well as acrylics.

I love to paint with total freedom, directly to canvas or paper.
I don't have a finished vision in my head. I usually start from reference and let things happen. I enjoy letting go and experimenting.
I am inspired by marks, stains, drippings and textures. Perfection doesn't excite me. I search for those happy accidents, beauty that is raw and honest without pretension.

My work reflects my personality, passionate yet searching for my inner calm, a serene moment to interpret my love, my life.

Painting is a necessity, a urge to express my emotions, a way to process a feeling and share it with the viewer.
