Cultartes (stylized as CVLTARTES) is an unconventional culture webzine based in Romania, created in early 2014.
Promoting art in its raw, uncensored, sometimes unusual forms, Cultartes aims to bring a small contribution to the uncovering of the resourceful constellation of emerging, less popular or unknown artists from anywhere around the globe. As a secondary mission, the magazine’s intention is to help at bringing the local contemporary culture closer to the international one.
