Statement :

My artistic endeavors consistently aim to provoke contemplation on overlooked societal issues. Rooted in feminist theory, my work actively challenges conventional narratives, offering audiences glimpses into utopian and anti-utopian realms shaped by posthumanist theory. By connecting feminism to gender studies and ecology, my work becomes a powerful nexus of resistance to mainstream oppression. This integration of themes expands beyond my initial focus on experimental moving image, now encompassing performance and installation. As I continue to evolve my artistic practice, I am committed to providing innovative perspectives that reshape the cultural discourse, pushing boundaries and fostering critical engagement.

Museum of East Asian Women in the 21st Century I
As a woman navigating 21st-century East Asia, my project endeavors to vividly reconstruct the contemporary challenges faced by women. The focal point is the creation of a 'Museum of Future History,' set against the backdrop of a future where gender distinctions have dissolved. Through captivating performance images, the project deliberately prompts a reflective examination of the ostensibly commonplace, revealing its inherent absurdity. This endeavor serves as a profound exploration and representation of East Asian women's identity, offering a nuanced perspective on the complexities that define their experiences.
