Sport Is About Motion

AVE22 MetaGallery would likes to invite artists to take part in “Sport Is About Motion” open call.

OVERVIEW

Although many professional sports take a pause in the summertime, those who stay have a revival in June - August. Moreover, these three months give a huge impetus to amateur sports. So we would like to have a closer look at this topic at this point of time. And we would like to go even further in analyzing one of the sports’ integrals - motion.  

Motion is one of the characteristics for any sport. We adore paintings that reflect sporting motion. We love to watch art videos that show us the beauty of sports.

So we would like to invite you to send us your artworks with sports as a topic. But we won’t just show your art.

If you have still art, we will make it moving - adding some animation to your art. Are you ready to take part in this experiment?

EXHIBITION DATES

August 1, 2023 – August 7, 2023

ELIGIBILITY

Artists have to be over 21 years old.

Any medium could be submitted to the open call.

If you wish to submit a 3D artwork for the exhibition, these have to be provided as 3D models; please contact us for details.

For 2D artworks please submit 2 artworks in .jpg or .png format, not more that 9 Mb per artwork. We reserve the right to exhibit 1 or 2 artworks that you have submitted.

For non-digital art please submit good quality photos - just as you would like to see them in the gallery.

COPYRIGHT

Artists guarantee that they have created the submitted works and that they hold full and sole ownership for these works.

Artists retains the sole ownership and copyright for the images. 

After the end of the exhibition the AVE22 MetaGallery ensures that the works are no longer exhibited at the gallery address first mentioned above.

SUBMISSION FEES

Entry is free.

In case your artwork is selected for the exhibition, a $25 participation fee is due to be payable against our invoice. You can pay the participation fee in cryptocurrency (BTC or ETH). 

If your artworks are selected for the exhibition but you haven’t paid the participation fee, your participation is cancelled and you will not participate in the exhibition. 

Submission fees are non-refundable.
