 Gdansk Dance Festival (Gdański Festiwal Tańca) is an annual international event with a long-lasting tradition of presenting, promoting, and supporting the development of contemporary dance. Each edition aims to showcase leading tendencies in the field of contemporary dance, presenting a wide variety of dance and choreographic styles. The festival was established in Klub Zak in Gdańsk, Poland in 2009, and since then it has continued to explore new directions in contemporary dance as well as to challenge traditions of the genre.
