The Citizens Theatre seeks to appoint a Development Manager who can bring creative fundraising ideas to the Company and turn them into an income generating reality.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation as the theatre undergoes a major redevelopment with a fundraising target of £1.6 million still to be met. We also need to raise significant sums each year to support our main stage productions and touring shows, the work of our Citizens Learning team and our talent development programme. The Development Manager will play a key role in managing current supporters and attracting new funders.

The ideal candidate will have previously managed staff and have experience of a range of fundraising disciplines. A successful track record in trusts and foundations fundraising is essential.

Salary: £26,000-£28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
