Galeria Agaphe is a Contemporary art Gallery based in Barcelona, Spain that presents collective and solo projects by leading and emerging international artists. With participation in the most influential Art fairs around the World like ART PARIS (Paris), ARCO MADRID (Madrid), FESTIARTE (Malaga), LUXEMBURGO ART FAIR (Luxemburg), BIENNALE DELL'ARTE CONTEMPORANEA (Florence) will represent a forum for the direct exchange of ideas and contacts between collectors, artists, photographers, designers and art professionals. The art fair features paintings, sculptures, photography art, installations, video art and live performance.

The artist sees the world with different eyes from the rest. He is able to see, feel, perceive and transmit things that others miss.

And there is no better way to share that point of view with the world than to exhibit your works in a place where everyone who wants to can come to see them.

Art galleries and museums have been doing the same thing for too many years to be wrong…. we offer that experience in the best way we know how.

Our space is divided into two sections; A section where you can place the physical works, and another section dedicated to the digital world. Where to exhibit more works than those that are physically there, in order to offer a more modern and immersive point of view.

In addition, we offer information on the creator of these works at all times, so that attendees can become familiar with the person behind the art...

Once the physical exhibition is over, it will continue to be exhibited in digital format for everyone to be able to find and purchase. This will be done through a virtual visit in the form of a video, showing the works that were exhibited at the time, on the website of our gallery. In this way we make an exhibition last over time and the artist can share the experience with the world and its creation.

The artist and his works, as well as the individual exhibition itself, will be publicized through social networks, on our website, and will also appear in our Agaphe Magazine.

COLLECTIVE 

Our collective exhibitions give different artists the opportunity to exhibit their creations at the same time in a single event celebrated in style.

Competition? It might seem like it, but no, it's not the goal.

Participants will be able to show the world their particular and personal points of view on the theme selected for the exhibition. According to the theme of the same, the participants will present their works to all attendees, so that the creativity of the artists is encouraged and it is a great celebration in the name of art.

The requirements to participate in a collective exhibition depend on the dates and realization of the same. And they will always be announced well in advance so that the artists can create the appropriate work for the event.

In general, the theme is usually related to a recognized artist from the past, a celebrity, a feeling, historical events, charitable causes, social works... Or they can even exist as free themes, which makes them even more exciting if possible.

Without a doubt, it is an opportunity for those more dynamic artists who wish to exploit their talent, seek new challenges, or simply want to see a different side to art.

In collective exhibitions, the most important thing is to understand that all the artists are part of something solid and strong, and that they are a team.

In addition to everything already mentioned, this type of event seeks, at an artistic level, to consolidate and strengthen relationships between artists. Collaborating in this enjoyable, fun and passionate way makes participants and attendees enjoy it and provides the opportunity to create something new and beautiful to show it to the world.

Without forgetting, the great commercial appeal that these events have since they bring together several artists in the same place. A total and utter luxury for any true art lover.

Ever since Galeria Agaphe has presented a high-quality selection of collective and solo shows in our locations in Barcelona Spain, and in many other private Art venues, International Art fairs, and online creating a unique opportunity to exchange new ideas, and increase and develop the art market and the dialogue between collectors, art critics, journalists and art lovers. Making contemporary art accessible to all.

We work in collaboration with a talented network of collectors, publishers, dealers, curators,  and arts professionals, providing artists with customized services and opportunities to have their works exhibited, published and represented through various platforms.

We invite artistsphotographersarchitects and designers to be inspired by the magical power of Art. Details about the Participation process and fees only will be discussed for selected artists. Since 2010, the Hiiibrand Awards has been held for 13 consecutive years. In 2022, the former "Hiiibrand International Brand Design Awards" and "Hiii Typography International Typography Design Competition" will be merged and officially renamed as " Hiiibrand International Brand & Communication Design Awards".

The Hiiibrand International Brand & Communication Design Awards focuses on branding, business value and communication design, discovering and honoring outstanding branding practices and design strengths through a global call for entries and selection, and striving to promote communication and development in the field of brand and design.

After 13 years, the Hiiibrand Awards has invited more than 80 international judges from 5 continents and received more than 20,000 entries from more than 100 countries or regions, and has now become a leading international, professional and forward-looking design awards.

The Nano Artist - how artists use social media for personal branding?

Artists often had to subject themselves to an exacerbated pace of posting on social networks. Existing art literature relies too heavily on influencer marketing, which is a toxic way for an artist to manage their creation. I've taken this approach and written a theoretical article on Personal Branding for Artists, and want to take it a step further and discuss artists using social media for personal branding. 

  • Would you like to contribute to the knowledge of how artists do their work on social media?

We are once again announcing the call for the visual image of our unique European Capital of Culture GO! 2025 Nova Gorica - Gorizia, which will be our mirror to the world.

We want the symbolism of our cross-border territory, elements that are dear to the people of both Gorizias and with which those who explore our region before and during 2025 will be able to identify. In addition to the logo and pictogram, we are looking for the visual image of the #GoBorderless slogan that embodies our cross-border life and our borderless mentality.

The prize has been increased to EUR 10,000, and the call remains anonymous.

The object of this Competition is the study and creation of a new logo / representative brand that clearly summarises the theme inspiring the event, and which serves as a launching platform and distinctive sign for all activities of the European Capital of Culture project with particular regard to identity and communication. A logo / brand that must be original, innovative, inclusive and "borderless", as the new European capital of the two cities on the border is striving to be original, innovative and inclusive. The visual identity shall be able to address everyone in a clear and engaging way, transferring a positive and modern approach to the great theme of European culture.

The competitor ranked number 1 in the selection will receive an award of €10,000.00 (ten thousand euros). Once the designation has become effective, the award will be paid to the winner upon issue of a regular invoice or equivalent document. The prize is intended gross of any withholdings, i.e., inclusive of taxes and any other contributions and is considered to be remuneration for professional services.

KOK is scouting for artists excited to enrich its visual storytelling through creative branding.

the open call is directed to visual artists, illustrators, graphic designers, photographers, video makers, writers and sculptors interested in interpreting KOK aesthetics through their artistic means. the creative pieces will be produced in various formats and will aim to tell the story and mood of the brand.

KOK website and photographs should be taken as main references. from there the artists are encouraged to explore using their own visual language.

you are free to create brand new material but also to manipulate KOK content. you may focus on the whole brand aesthetics or on the singles t-shirt stories. you can space from refined works such as polished photography and awesome illustrations, to crazy branding such as collages, painting on photos, body expression and street tags. use your medium to explore your creativity!
