INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR ART, ArtMaze Magazine Autumn Edition: Issue 19

Art Maze Magazine is an independent artist-run and ad-free international print and online publication dedicated to showcasing and promoting experimental and progressive contemporary art, which reflects modern society and its environment, provokes conversation and action; fosters innovation and diversity of mediums which make today’s art scene so intriguing and versatile.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Artists are welcome to submit works in any medium: painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, photography, textile, installation, mixed media, digital, film (only jpg + link to video) etc. All visual art mediums are welcome.

Artists or any art organisations on behalf of artists from all countries are welcome to submit their works for consideration.

International Art Competition Botanicals

Contemporary Art Room Gallery is proud to announce their 2nd "Botanicals" Online Art Competition for the month of July 2020. This is an international competition and artists from around the world are welcome to submit their work. The Botanicals theme may include any work with interpretation of botanical and floral art (flowers, herbs, fruit, leaves, plants and related floral subcjects). All visual art mediums are acceptable (painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, digital, prints, fiber art, collage or installation art) except sound and video art. All winning artists will receive a digital award certificate. First, second and third place will be largely displayed with an article about the artist and their work. Winning artwork (First place) will be on the poster of the show.

ACT FESTIVAL 2021 CALL FOR ARTISTS

ACT INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL FOR EMERGING PERFORMING ARTISTS OPEN CALL 

***EDIT DEADLINE EXTENDED*** 31 JANUARY

ACT 2021 International Festival for Emerging Performing Artists has opened its call for proposals until 13 December 2020. The pieces must be created by emerging companies or authors, they can belong to any performing arts discipline and must have a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

ACT continues to be a point of reference in the performing arts with innovative proposals and with the participation of international programmers.

The XVIII edition of the festival will be held in Bilbao and Barakaldo between June 2nd and 5th 2021 at the Guggenheim Bilbao Museoa, Kafe Antzokia and Teatro Barakaldo.

SR3 Sealife Response, Rehabilitation, and Research at the Des Moines Marina Fencing Artwork

The Des Moines Arts Commission is looking for an artist to create imagery for the new fencing that surround the location of SR3 Sealife Response, Rehabilitation, and Research located on the Des Moines Marina Floor. 

 

Opportunity

SR3 is a marine wildlife hospital that will provide response and rehabilitation for sick or injured marine animals. This will be the first facility of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, putting Des Moines on the front lines of rescuing and protecting our incredible marine wildlife!
