Call for submission for the Green Product Award 2020

For the seventh time green products and concepts can be submitted to the international Green Product Award. This year we want to create a "Future Village" with interested parties, where sustainable living and working -from the outer wall to the soap- should come alive. Green pavilions form the center and highlight for festivals & fairs in 2020.
The International Green Product Award provides a platform for manufacturers, design studios & agencies (established companies, start-ups and students) who differentiate their products & services in terms of design, innovation and sustainability and who want to present themselves on the German market. Since 2013, participants from 41 countries have applied for the award. The awards are given in 13 categories separately for companies and start-ups. Beside this, the Green Concept Award - in cooperation with the IKEA Foundation - is dedicated to the concepts that design a green future.
This year, for the first time, there are three submission phases: Early, Cool and Regular Bird, each phase offers special price advantages and benefits. The services of the Selection-Pack and the product integration on the exhibition area of the Internationale Handwerksmesse München 2020 (IHM 2020) are part of all three phases.
At the Designers Open a pre-selection of 30 green exhibits will be presented, while at the IHM in March 2020 the concepts and products of the Green Selection and the winners of all 13 categories (architecture, bathroom, electronics, fashion, children, consumer goods, kitchen, Material, Mobility, Outdoor, Office, Living, Freestyle) will be showcased on the 350 sqm award space. This is located on the outstanding area Green Campus - a notably place of 2500 square meters in Hall B2. For the first time, visitors can immerse themselves in completely green scenarios and experience the remarkable features of the exhibits.
