Emily Wexler has been presenting work through her own dance company in NYC for 15 years. Most recently her evening length work "Evergreen" priemered at MoMA PS 1. Previously her work has been seen through Movement Research at the Judson Church, CATCH at The Invisible Dog, and at Issue Project Room through PS 122. As a performer she has worked primarily within the dance companies of Kim Brandt, Rebecca Brooks, Ishmael Houston-Jones, Yvonne Meier, and Ryan McNamara. She has performed with them at major institutions such as the Guggenheim Museum, Whitney Museum, and MoMA.
