The International Festival of Animated Film "Constantine’s Gold Coin" is organized to promote cultural creativity of national and foreign authors.
Location:
<p>It is envisaged that the festival lasts for five days, from 22nd to 26th July, 2019. The venue is NIŠ - Serbia.</p>

The right to participate in
The right to participate in the Festival have all animated films made after 1st January 2017 regardless of the technology, and according to age of authors will be classified into two categories:
•Student - authors from 16 to 26 years;
•Senior - adult filmmakers.
Acceptable are all animation techniques, including combinations with live action and documentary, but over 50% of the production must be animated. The films with erotic character are not acceptable.
The maximum duration of the submitted film is 20 minutes.
