A top London based independent global creative design and brand agency are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help them with the delivery of creative excellence for which they’re renowned.

This is a great opportunity to work with some fantastic technology, finance, lifestyle, entertainment and start up brands. They need someone who has a strong background in branding and an understanding of the design industry. Someone who is able to facilitate the multidisciplinary team and be responsible for managing the successful development of mainly branding projects and work streams.

The role will involve supporting Creative Leads and Consultants to manage and grow key client relationships. You will be responsible for the concepting, planning, measuring, and managing of time and budgets. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to manage the complexity of multiple work-streams with a calm and considered approach.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Have 3-5 years of branding experience within a design agency (not marketing / advertising agency)
  • You are a strategic thinker, not just project managing, excited about the value of brands and technology to business
  • Experience of scoping large and small scale brand-led projects and defining resource needs, likely activities and estimating duration
  • Must have a strong understanding and interest in branding and storytelling
  • Able to proactively manage client relationships
  • Must be able to discuss projects such as corporate identity systems (not marketing/advertising focused)
  • Sound knowledge of various on and offline design approaches
  • Confidently manage all end-to-end delivery of creative work across design disciplines
  • Experience of managing ambiguity and helping to define product and project requirements
  • Able to calmly manage several work-streams concurrently
  • Collaborate with the key creative, design and project leads from brief, conception, throughout project planning all the way to delivery
  • Strong communicator, can-do, will-do attitude, productive, motivated and calm under pressure
  • Able to write successful project plans and budgets
  • Experience setting up, building and managing project teams including freelance resource and external suppliers
  • A naturally geeky and curious nature, always keeping up to date with the latest trends and innovative and emerging technologies
  • Lots of room to grow in various directions once on board and working well within the team
