Call For Artist Members!

Pleiades Gallery will be accepting and reviewing applications for potential gallery members though December 15.

Since its very beginning more than 50 years ago, Pleiades artists have reflected a broad range of sensibilities from realistic to abstract and represented a diversity of styles, ages, viewpoints and mediums. Some have had work represented in major museums and many others have been selected to participate in competitions juried by curators of prominent institutions around the world.

Pleiades is governed and operated by its artist members, who meet regularly. We seek out and welcome new members who continuously refresh our high standards and uphold and explore our vision. Pleiades Gallery offers opportunities for both established and emerging artists.

HERE I AM

This open call invites photographers are invited to submit works in response to HERE I AM, Images that have been created to express who or where you (or we) are in the now - whether to help make sense of the present moment or to let go of the past and/or, the future. Images that show your unique perspective.

Exhibition will be curated entirely on the felt process - how the panel responds emotionally and somatically to works received. Felt Photographic celebrates the fundamental call to create - to help make sense of the world, who we are and our place in it. Felt Photographic believes that all art has value and our responses are entirely subjective, therefore submissions will not be critiqued, scored or judged - simply felt, noticed and appreciated.
