AiR2020 : Following a successful pilot programme in 2019,  ŻfinMalta - National Dance Company, is excited to offer 3 residencies between the months of March & June 2020.

Open call for residencies with Bora Bora Residency Centre

Bora Bora Residency Centre launches the open call to submit proposals for projects to be researched and/or developed in season 2020-21 (August 2020 to June 2021) in a residency with one of our Danish co-hosts.

*Deadline January 31st 2020 at 16:00 Copenhagen time*

There are a handful of residencies open to professional dance artists or dance ensembles or stage directors with a strong choreographic idea from all over the world.

DANISH OR BASED IN DENMARK?
In addition to our regular residencies, it is possible for Danish or Danish-based artists to also apply for consideration for our international and nordic residency programmes, which are based on exchanges with our Residency Centre partners.

Open call for Kinitiras residencies 2020

Kinitiras created the first residency centre for performing arts in Greece in December 2008. Until August 2019, it hosted numerous artists throughout the world from the fields of dance, theatre and performance.

This year, we move on and create another flexible model of residency that will connect artists from Greece and the rest of the world without Kinitiras’ having a permanent base.

We invite artists from Senegal, Cameroon, Nigeria, Germany, France and Greece specialized in community dance and theatre to apply for this shared residency. They will work with performers, professionals and amateurs, from Kinitiras’ network under the theme of TRANSITION.

MADC's Collective Thread Open Call Submission

MODArts Dance Collective (MADC) is elated to announce its fifth annual dance festival, Collective Thread, on March 13-14, 2020 7:30 PM at The Performance Project @ University Settlement, 184 Eldridge Street (at Rivington), NY, NY 10002. Quinzena de Dança de Almada - International Dance Festival

Companhia de Dança de Almada is organizing the 28th edition of Quinzena de Dança de Almada - International Dance Festival, a large forum for the presentation, exchange and dissemination of contemporary dance, to be held in Almada (Lisbon, Portugal) between the 18th of September and the 11th of October 2020. 

Professional choreographers, dance companies and video directors are invited to submit their projects to be presented in the Video Dance Showcase.
