PASSEPARTOUT PHOTO PRIZE - 8TH EDITION - ROME

Passepartout Photo Prize aims to support the development of talented photographers from all over the world by awarding 1,000 euros in monetary prizes every year, organizing exhibition
in a fine art gallery in the heart of Rome, publication in our partners’ magazines, and providing other opportunities for international exposure. 

 

What makes our contest unique is that we collaborate with various professionals in the contemporary art and photography industries. Our jury is a diverse blend of photographers, editors, gallerists, curators and educators who bring kaleidoscopic perspectives into our selection process. 

 

VAA International Exhibition & Scholarship Prize

The Visual Artists Association has introduced an exhibition and scholarship fund of £50,000. Created to support early career artists to develop their arts businesses, The VAA International Exhibition & Scholarship Prize, launched in Summer 2022, aims to benefit emerging and re-emerging artists. This will be achieved by increasing artists’ international exposure, whilst raising funds for VAA artist education programmes.

Women United ART PRIZE 2022

Women United ART MOVEMENT, a global platform highlighting women in the arts through diverse opportunities, is excited to announce the launch of Women United ART PRIZE 2022!

 

Building on last year’s highly successful art prize, we are presenting four categories in 2022:

PAINTING/DRAWING

PHOTOGRAPHY/PRINTMAKING

DIGITAL ART

COLLAGE/FIBER ART

 

The prize is open to all women artists including non-binary and trans creatives regardless of their education, age, sexual orientation, race and location. We especially encourage women artists of colour to apply. Artists are advised to select a category that best represents their work.

 

Women United ART PRIZE 2022 jury:

YICCA 21/22 - International Contest of Contemporary Art

The competition’s aim is to promote the enrolled artists, giving them chance to join the international market of contemporary art.

 

Internationality and networking make YICCA a huge opportunity for the artists, which can: 

 

• Win a cash prize:

- Euro 3000,00 money prize to the first selected

- Euro 1000,00 money prize to the second selected 

• Promote their art through a variety of channels:

- exhibit the selected artworks in an exhibition space, determined by competition.

- improve the relationship between finalists and critics, curators, gallery owners, public and private art institutions that will have access to this important exhibition.

The Football Art Prize Now Is Calling for Entries

The Football Art Prize is a brand-new exhibition opportunity celebrating art and football, and giving artists from around the world the chance to show their work to a prestigious panel of judges, including artists, curators and football players; exhibit on a tour to three venues, Touchstones Rochdale, Sheffield’s Millennium Gallery and Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens and win £10,000 in cash and purchase prizes – with more awards to be announced shortly. 

The shortlist will be selected by a judging panel including: David James, footballer; Jo Cunningham, curator; Kirstie Hamilton, curator; Mark Doyle, curator; Mark Wallinger, artist; Sacha Craddock, writer, critic, broadcaster

Ruth Borchard Self Portrait Prize 2021

The Ruth Borchard Collection invites all artists to enter the Self Portrait Prize to celebrate the practice of self portraiture.

There are no restrictions on size or media and no expected form or style. The only requirement is that the work must be a self portrait. Historically entries have included both abstract and figurative works, the topic of self approached in isolation or in a group and via a range of media; including but not exclusive to, painting, drawing, digital art, textiles, sculpture, photography, ceramics and collage.
