ConTEXT III

The Foundry Art Centre is seeking submissions for “ConTEXT III,” an all media exhibition focusing on the written word’s role in the visual arts. The power of words cannot be overstated. Contemporary society is saturated with media and this exhibition showcases how intertwined the literary and visual arts are. We must ask ourselves how the words we read, and how we read them, impacts our understanding of the world. We ask artists ‘What happens when the visual arts and literary arts are fused?’
