We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for Berlin-based artists to participate in a transformative art exhibition, "Home: A Journey of Identity and Belonging." This unique showcase delves into the rich tapestry of human connection, cultural roots, and the profound sense of belonging that defines our understanding of home. Through an eclectic array of visual artworks, installations, and immersive experiences, this exhibition aims to ignite a thought-provoking exploration of the intricate threads that weave our identity and relationship with our surroundings.

Monochrome Dreams

Chromart Gallery is delighted to present the first solo exhibition of the Persian artist Shahryar Khorasani. “Monochrome Dreams” unveils an extraordinary collection of dark, surrealistic figurative art that offers a profound glimpse into the depths of the artist’s psyche.

Performing Gender, Perrfomring Selves

We are thrilled to announce an open call for artists to participate in a groundbreaking art exhibition that delves into the captivating theory of genders by the influential philosopher Judith Butler. This exhibition aims to provide a platform for artists to explore and interpret Butler’s profound ideas on gender, encouraging dialogue, introspection and creative expression.

Guided by Butler’s revolutionary concepts, this exhibition seeks to challenge societal norms, deconstruct binary constructs, and celebrate the diverse spectrum of gender identities. We invite artists from all backgrounds and disciplines to submit their works, including paintings, sculptures, installations, photography, video art, performance art, and mixed media.

OPEN CALL for Iranian Artists based in Berlin: Zan Zendegi Azadi

OPEN CALL for Iranian Artists based in Berlin: Zan Zendegi Azadi

Woman, Life, Freedom.
We are honoured to invite Iranian artists based in Berlin for an exhibition to showcase the artworks that communicate the pain and hope of the current Revolution in Iran. While the brave Iranians are fighting the dictator regime on the streets in Iran, those living abroad and especially artists have taken the responsibility to spread those voices and bring awareness to the gender and religion apartheid and the Iranian struggle for freedom.

We strongly encourage female artists and those from marginalized groups to apply to emphasize on the anti-discriminatory aspect of this revolution.
