Creative/Multi use/Photo/Video shoot Space Available

Available here is an art studio with 14ft. ceilings, Manhattan facing windows with great daylight, freight elevator, sink, and 24hr access. I currently work here as a sculptor. The space is versatile- it can be used as a backdrop for a photoshoot, video, or whatever you may have in mind. The photos give you a better idea, as it can be as clean as you like, or more gritty and industrial, which is it's more natural state. I have plenty of odd props and objects lying around, which could be used, or stowed away if need be. I have flood lights and ballast lights as well. The amount of space used and timeframe are up to you. One could book up to 4 days of use or thereabouts, maximum. I have about 800 ft or so of useable space, plus some outdoor deck access, and other useable spots in the building as well. This place is great if you want a more raw, rough backdrop.
