Founded in Pilsen in 1994, Bohemia model management moved operations to Prague in 1995 and quickly acquired of the leading positions thanks to talented staff, a portfolio of models that fit the needs mainly of the Czech market, and superior scouting which led to discover and launch models of the likes of Karolina Kurkova.
In a strive to further strengthen their activities, they teamed-up with Eskimo, an international model agency focused on scouting and career management with offices in Reykjavik, Florianopolis, Bratislava and Tomsk.

CQ: Commence Quest is the first of its kind, scouting, development and placement company which specializes in both beginning and experienced model placement. They work closely with the worlds top agencies including Ford, ID, Click, Major, DNA, 1, Women, Trump, Next, IMG, Elite, New York Models, Fusion, MC2, Wilhelmina and Marilyn. Commence Quest is a full service NYC based company with a photo studio and models apartment to expedite the success and progress of their models. Commence Quest is owned by John Paul Pfeiffer who has over 10 years experience in the business of modeling. Commence Quest is run by a model for a model. Acceptance is strictly by invitation only.

Established in 2004, Bella Agency has quickly developed into a leading boutique agency specializing in talent for lifestyle and fashion print advertising. From consumer products to beauty to financial services and beyond, their primary responsibility is providing an array of talent that complements their clients’ unique needs.

In 2005, to meet an increasing demand for more mature models, Bella launched 40+ Women. This newest division has since become one of the most sought-after for advertisers looking to target this particular demographic.

Bella models have appeared in advertising for Neutrogena, Levi's, Target, Colgate, MasterCard, Swiss Army, Delta Airlines, Polo Jeans, and Uniqlo, to name a few.
