Anthi Lalou, the founder of a1 has a 20 year career managing models on a national and international level.
She started out as a scouter and then moved onto Direct and Special bookings. During the last decade she has worked with some of the most successful models worldwiede, both women and men. She has brought many top-ranking models to Greece for either fashion magazines or big ad campaigns.
The a1 aim is to bring a more personal touch to their clients and their models alike. This company started out with this in mind: They wish to operate much like a boutique. They represent few models but of high quality and target clients with whom they can build close and lasting relationships with. They seek to provide outstanding and reliable service to their clients.
After so many years in the fashion industry, when a1 takes on the management of young and new models they plan each persons career with a view to their long-term, national and international work. They try to take into account personality and individual traits to best manage their team of models.
a1 is always on the look-out for tomorrows new star. Physical beauty, personality, will to succeed, and ambition is what makes a modesl successful. They have the expertise to build the right profile and image of their models and manage their talent at a high level.
In terms of their clients they want to build long-term relationships by always finding the right look to promote their needs.
