Women Art/ Special Edition

For the Special Edition, we are looking for women artists, working in different media such as painting, drawing, sculpture, textile, ceramics, jewelry, crafts, collage, illustration, photography, mixed media, installation, and digital art. In addition, we would like to include poems or stories as well, don’t be shy writers and poets, send us your piece of work for consideration.

Each artist will get 5-8 pages, including biography, artist statement, personal interview, and artworks.

Each writer/poet will get 3-4 pages, including their stories/poems, biography.

Application is free, 20 EUR for selected artists.

Call for Submissions to Marvelous Art Magazine March Issue No : 23

Marvelous Art Gallery is now accepting art and writing submissions for our Monthly Magazine coming out on March (23rd Issue). It will be published on our Website on March 15th also will be available as a printed version (will be available worldwide). And we will promote all participating artists on our Instagram also on our Website for one month. This Issue asks writers and artists to present works that shows a variety of their Artworks.

ICON | CALL FOR ARTISTS

What makes us artists? How do we make ourselves and our work known? 

How do we know if is good or bad? 

 

The truth is nobody has an answer for this questions and so we ask ourselves- “How did some artists managed to get famous, what was the difference between my work and theirs”? 

 

If we take a look at some of the greatest names in the art history, one can realise how much they were working on their own image and how this impacted their legacy. 

 

The same concept applies in contemporary art, the confidence of the artist is what makes a work of art, not the technique, style or medium, with the right confidence anything can be art in the contemporary market.

Winter Issue, open call for the publication

For the Winter Issue, Collect art is looking for artists, working in different media, such as painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, contemporary jewellery, textile, installation, illustration, mixed media, photography, digital art.

The theme for the issue HOPE.

Each selected artist will receive a 1-4 page spread in print and digital magazine including bio&statement, website, and 2-5 featured artworks. All published artists will receive a complimentary digital issue of the magazine and will be promoted on our website/social media.

Requirements for the submission:

up to 10 photos (min. 300 dpi, JPEG/TIFF format),

details of the work (title, medium, size),

Brief biography and artist statement (max 100 words each)
